Thanks to everyone who came out for The Motorcycle Diaries!

This film gave me a greater understanding of Che's  role as a humanitarian and his subsequent actions in starting a cultural revolution.  It definitely inspired me to want to learn more about him. Thank you to our film sponsor, Corey Carney.

A Big Announcement! A Universal Monster Series begins Thursday December 5th with A Mad Monster Party!!

Reservations have been made so get on your monster mashing best and come on out for some good clean fun at The Bottleworks as we begin a new series and celebrate almost a century of Universal Pictures most famous undead.

We are starting with yet another one of our favorites: Mad Monster Party.

At this point, you may be scratching your head and asking yourself..."Why monsters in December?" and we have one thing to say to that.  Why not!?! This is our way of paying tribute to the other work put out by the kings of stop-motion classics famous for seasonal entertainment: Arthur Rankin, Jr. and Jules Bass.

This series is being produced to promote the value and inspire the practice of universal design in the built environment and the fact that it benefits everybody.  In true universal form, screenings are open to everybody of all ages.  Six bucks suggested for entrance.

We will have a costume contest with winner taking home a copy of Mad Monster Party and a silent auction for a beautifully framed All-World Monster Map from our favorite cartographer.

As always, eats and drinks will be available for purchase from Schlafly.

We hope to see you out and about!
